The Breath test was not allowed to be used in either trial. Attorney Lynch accused the officer of not being truthful when he said he could estimate the speed of a car by looking in his rear view mirror. In the second trial the arresting officer was over one hour late for the trial. GP was charged with a Class A Misdemeanor for the solicitation of Prostitution contrary to NH RSA 645:2-A. GP was facing up to one year in jail. Pursuant to G.L. c. 214 Section 7B, the town of Williamsburg's ZBA does not have the legal authority to enforce noise bylaws against the plaintiffs' shooting range. The first seven conditions imposed by the ZBA concerning noise reduction are unlawful and unenforceable.
