MB was driving home and was alone in his vehicle when he hit a telephone pole. He did not have a cell phone and he walked a few miles home to his apartment. Shortly thereafter he was met at the door by the Walpole, NH Police Department. The police did not observe MB drive or operate the vehicle. MB was arrested for DWI and he refused to take a Breath Test. Attorney Lynch got the charge reduced to reckless operation.
